Most products are made to order. The production time is calculated individually, based on current production workload, order size, and product complexity. Typically, production takes between 1 to 4 weeks. The exact production time is provided to the customer via email within 24 – 48 hours after the order is received.

Delivery costs and timeframes for our products – including interior and exterior decorative elements as well as baseboards – are calculated individually after an order is placed. These calculations take into account the product’s production timeline and specific characteristics (such as weight, shape, and dimensions).

Once we receive your order, we assess the production schedule and your specific needs to offer the most suitable delivery method. Currently, we offer the following delivery options (please note that some may not be suitable for shipping this particular product):
– Parcel locker delivery – ideal for smaller items;
– Courier delivery;
– Personal delivery – recommended for larger or more delicate items requiring special care during shipping process.

Typically, delivery takes 2 – 5 business days after the product has been manufactured. As with production timelines, delivery options and costs are determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you via email.
