I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. UAB "DECORATUS", legal entity code 302281588, registered office address Metalistų g. 10, Šiauliai (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") are a binding legal document setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the purchase of goods and the terms of payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of the goods, the liability of the parties, and other matters relating to the goods the provisions relating to the purchase and sale in the www.decoratus.lt online shop.
1.2. The Customer, in order to purchase goods and services in the online shop www.decoratus.lt, must read and acknowledge that they have read these Rules. This can be done in the form of in the basket by ticking the box next to the statement "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions". Otherwise, goods and services cannot be purchased and paid for.
1.3. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules. Buyer, will be required to re-confirm the Terms and Conditions on each login to the Site.
1.4. In the online shop www.decoratus.lt, the sale shall be carried out exclusively "Purchase and Terms of sale" on the terms and conditions set out on the page.
1.5. All able-bodied individuals and legal entities have the right to buy in the store.

II. KEY CONCEPTS
Terms and Conditions - Purchase and sale of goods in www.decoratus.lt, the rules that apply to each of the Buyer's purchases on the Online Shop and for each sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
Seller - UAB "DECORATUS", legal entity code 302281588, registered office address: 10, Metalistų g. Šiauliai, E-mail: distribution@decoratus.lt.
Buyer - 1) individuals of legal age at least 18 years; 2) minors aged 16 and over under the age of eighteen years, only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where the independent disposal of its own funds; 3) all legal entities; 4) all of the above persons duly authorised representatives.
Online Shop - www.decoratus.lt online a shop where the Seller's goods or services are sold in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Contract means a contract between the Buyer and the Seller for the remote sale of goods distributed via the Online Shop the sale and purchase agreement.
Order means an order placed by the Buyer with the Seller for Goods distributed in the Online Shop.
Consumer - a person who, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, is considered to be consumer, i.e. an individual for purposes unrelated to his or her business, trade, craft or profession (consumer purposes) seeking to enter into or entering into a Contract with the Seller.
Businessman means a natural person or a legal person or other organisation, or a subdivision thereof, in the course of its trade, seeking to enter into or entering into Contracts with the Seller for the purposes of a business, trade or profession, including individuals, acting for or on behalf of the trader. A legal person may be regarded as an entrepreneur irrespective of its the legal form of the participants. An entrepreneur is not considered a Consumer and is not subject to the consumer rights legislation. Acts.
III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. UAB "DECORATUS" has the right to collect the personal data provided by the Buyer Online shop www.decoratus.lt and disclose them third parties, if this is necessary for the execution of the order. The Buyer's data may only be used for information with the Buyer's consent (after reading the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions"). The Buyer has the right to prohibit the collection and processing of his/her personal data at any time, except, where this is necessary for the fulfilment of the requirements arising from the sales contract or for the execution of the order. Seller undertakes to protect from third parties the data concerning the buyer of the online shop www.decoratus.lt.

IV. ENTRY INTO THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
4.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer creates an order and pays for it.
V. BUYER'S RIGHTS
5.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods and services www.decoratus.lt in the electronic in the shop in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods concluded with www.decoratus.lt online shop, notifying to the Seller in writing (by email, stating return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery (this requirement does not apply to products that do not meet quality requirements).
5.3. The Buyer can use the provided right only if the product has not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, and has not been used.

VI. BUYER'S COMMITMENTS
6.1. The buyer must accept the goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and pay for them the agreed amount.
6.1.1. In the event of a change to the details provided by the Customer in the registration form, the Customer must update them without delay.
6.1.2. The Customer shall, by using www.decoratus.lt online shop, undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions and not to infringe Legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.1.3. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the Goods, refuses to accept the Goods, without valid reasons the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for the delivery costs.
VII. SELLER'S RIGHTS
7.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
7.2. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without prior notice to the Buyer, if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 5 (five) working days.
7.3. www.decoratus.lt shall have the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods specified in the contract are out of stock.
VIII. SELLER'S COMMITMENTS
8.1. The seller undertakes in these Rules and in the online store under the terms and conditions set out above, to enable the Buyer to access the www.decoratus.lt services and goods.
8.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Customer to the Buyer's address and under the conditions set out in these Rules.
8.3. The Seller, being prevented by important circumstances from delivering to the Buyer the ordered the goods, undertakes to reimburse the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if a prepayment has been made payment.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right of privacy in his personal information, specified in the registration form of the online shop, except as provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania cases.
IX. PRICES AND PAYMENT OF GOODS
9.1. The prices of the goods in the online shop and in the order form shall be in euros incl. VAT. www.decoratus.lt reserves the right to change the prices of products.
9.2. Payments are collected using OPAY and Stripe payment platforms.
9.3. Payment for Goods purchased in the E-shop can be made by the following options (alternative) ways:
9.3.1. OPAY - using electronic banking;
9.3.2. OPAY - bank transfer;
9.3.3. STRIPE - payment card.
X. PRODUCT DELIVERY
10.1. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer in accordance with the terms in the descriptions. The Buyer also agrees that, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to force majeure.
10.2. When ordering the Goods, the Buyer undertakes to specify the exact date of delivery location.
10.3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he himself cannot accept the goods and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to claim against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

10.5. In the event that the Buyer refuses to the contract of sale, he/she is liable for all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of the Seller's costs shall be deducted from the money paid to the Buyer for the goods to be refunded.
10.6. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods in a single consignment, then www.decoratus.lt has the right to deliver the goods in several consignments.
10.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the delivery of goods breach of the time limits if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances attributable to the buyer.
10.8. If the Buyer chooses the Seller's delivery service "DECORATUS delivery", automatically accepts the unloading and packing conditions set out in "Delivery" page.
10.9. If the Buyer chooses the Seller's delivery service "DECORATUS Delivery" and want to use free unloading service provided by Seller, Buyer must ensure that on delivery date:
10.9.1. Space for shippment unloading is prepared uppon arrival of carrier;
10.9.2. There is no obsticales in a path for Seller's employees while carrying products;
10.9.3. Space for shippment unloading is easily accessible by walking;

XI. QUALITY AND SUITABILITY FOR USE
11.1. In the event of a return of a faulty product, the Seller shall bear the cost of return.
11.2. All goods sold www.decoratus.lt are new (unless the goods are marked as defective, lost, etc. in the purchase box), are considered to be of good quality in storage facilities. However, a product is not considered defective if it is liable to show signs of minor packaging or transport irregularities.
11.3. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive goods of poor quality distribution@decoratus.lt or by phone +370 640 71000.

XII. RETURN AND CHANGE
12.1. Notify the Seller immediately of the return of the goods by email to distribution@decoratus.lt, in the "Subject" line of the email, indicate your the VAT invoice number of the purchase of the goods and the endorsement "Return of goods".
Assign one of the following forms to the letter:
• Return form for quality goods. Download.
• Return form for non-quality goods. Download.
12.2. Goods of good quality must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them in their original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition.
12.3. In the event of a return of goods of poor quality, the Seller shall be responsible for the shipping costs. In the case of returns of quality goods, the buyer pays the shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller will inform in a separate email, and, in accordance with European Union e-commerce laws, will return to the Buyer the money to the account you specify or replace the product. In the event that the Buyer's shipment has been subject to a transport fee, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
12.4. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, intact, without loss of merchantable appearance (labels intact, protective films intact, if applicable etc. (this does not apply in the case of returns of faulty goods), in the same condition and with the same equipment, as received by the Buyer, subject to proof of purchase.
12.5. The Seller shall have the right to refuse to accept the Buyer's return of the Goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedures set out in this Article.

XIII. LIABILITY
13.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the data provided in the registration form fairness. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for anything resulting the consequences.
13.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken while using this online store.
13.3. The seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arises from the Buyer's failure to read the Seller's recommendations and its obligations, without taking into account the Seller's these Rules, although he was given the opportunity to do so.
XIV. INFORMATION SHARING
14.1. The Seller shall send all notifications to the address provided on the Buyer's registration form email address.
14.2. The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the Seller's e-shop. in the "Contacts" section, using the transport means.
XV. FINAL PROVISIONS
15.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the relations arising from the contract.
15.2. These Rules do not limit in any way and in no case can be understood as restricting the rights of the Buyer (User) as set out in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
15.3. If any provision of these Rules is recognized by a court as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision of these A provision of the Rules declared unlawful, void or unenforceable in whole or in part will remain remain in force to the extent that it has not been declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable.
15.4. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Terms these Rules shall be finally settled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
15.5. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. Buyers Claims shall be considered and answered by the Seller within 14 calendar days of receipt of the claim. In the event that the Seller refuses to satisfy the Buyer, who is recognized as a Buyer under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania Consumer, such Buyer may use the other dispute resolution methods set out in Clause 10.6 of the Rules. In the event that the Seller refuses to satisfy the Buyer, who is recognized as a Buyer under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania Entrepreneur, requirements, all disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the registered office of the Seller.
15.6. Requests or complaints about goods purchased by the Seller in the Online Shop The Buyer (Consumer) may submit to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. +370 5 2626751, www.vvtat.lt (as well as the State Consumer Rights the territorial units of the Security Service in the counties)) or fill in the application form on the EGS platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
