Customization of products

Each project often requires individually tailored solutions. One of the most common requests is to bend the product according to the radius specified by the customer. If necessary, we can modify most of the products according to the stated needs or specifications.

Product design

We design individual models of both 2D and 3D products, based on your drawings or available sample model files, which are then used by our team in prototyping.

2D & 3D CNC machining

We perform cutting of 2D and 3D models with the help of several CNC machines. We can offer precision milling of prototypes and interior parts with 3-axis machines and cutting EPS polystyrene foam of various hardnesses with programmable hot wire machines.

Restoration

We restore old decor elements, based on your samples, or make molds for them on the spot. With these forms, we make new products that match the old decorative elements.

Non-standard materials

We constantly delve into the use of various materials, creating decor elements for both interior and exterior. We have tested a considerable amount of composite materials, resins, from modified gypsum with various additives, GFRG or GFRC to PU rubbers and polyester resins, both for the products themselves and for the production of molds.
