Shipping policy
Products purchased in the online store www.decoratus.lt are delivered through various methods depending on the product category, quantity, specific product characteristics, and delivery location.
Note: All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Delivery within Lithuania
1. Delivery Terms and Conditions for Manufactured Products
The shipping terms of products manufactured by UAB “DECORATUS” apply to the following categories:
- Interior decorative elements
- Exterior decorative elements
- Baseboards
Delivery method and timeframe are determined individually for each order based on the product’s shape, weight, dimensions, production time, delivery address, and any special handling requirements. Once the order is received, we will provide a personalized delivery offer via email within 24–72 hours. The customer may then confirm the proposed delivery option and proceed with payment, or decline the offer.
Available Delivery Methods:
VENIPAK Parcel Locker – Suitable for smaller products that can be securely packed and fit within the parcel locker. Price: €2.49 (incl. VAT). Delivery time: 2–5 business days from the product’s dispatch date. Items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery duration may vary depending on courier workload.
VENIPAK Courier Service – The delivery cost is calculated based on the order’s weight or volume (whichever is greater), following VENIPAK’s official pricing policy.
DECORATUS Personal Delivery – Products are delivered using our company transport within 3–5 business days across Lithuania (excluding Neringa municipality; deliveries there are coordinated individually). Delivery is arranged in advance for a specific date, time, and location.
Delivery cost is calculated based on distance (from Metalistų g. 10, Šiauliai) as follows:
0–50 km → X km × €1.10
51–100 km → X km × €0.90
101–150 km → X km × €0.80
151+ km → X km × €0.70
Example: Delivery to S. Daukanto g. 28, Klaipėda (174 km from Šiauliai)
Total: 174 km × €0.70 = €121.80 incl. VAT
Delivery Discounts:
Orders over €1750 – 50% delivery discount
Orders over €2000 – FREE delivery
2. Delivery Terms and Conditions for Casting Gypsum Plaster
For gypsum orders up to 30 kg:
VENIPAK Parcel Locker – Delivery cost: €2.49 (incl. VAT), automatically calculated in the cart. Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
VENIPAK Courier to Customer’s Address – Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and volume.
For gypsum orders over 30 kg:
VENIPAK Courier to Customer’s Address – Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and volume.
International Shipping
At this time, international deliveries are calculated and arranged individually, depending on the order specifications and destination country.
